The action of women chasing snatchers in the City of Probolinggo deserves thumbs up. However, due to the woman's action two victims were declared dead on Sunday (08 December 2019). Meanwhile, the thief managed to escape.

Bripka City Police Probolinggo Satlantas member Yeri Mugiarto said, the incident began when Lukmina (44) with her pasanger grandmother Satria (70), wanted to pay their meat bill to Wonoasih Market on a motorbike.

Arriving on the road Kedunggaleng Village, District Wonoasih, Lukmina and Satria who are both residents of Kedopok Village, Kedopok District, someone snatched.

The mugger was then chased by Lukmina. While in pursuit at a city boundary bend and Probolinggo Regency, the motorbike driven by Lukmina crashed into a motorcyclist, Arvin Arizona (38), a resident of Lumajang Regency.

"Satria died at the location. While Arvin died at RSUD Dr. Mohammad Saleh when he was evacuated. Lukmina suffered a broken arm. The snatcher escaped," Yeri said.

At present, the police are still investigating the case.

According to Fatur, Lukmina's nephew, his aunt was willing to pay for meat at the market.
