PEKANBARU- The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) of Pekanbaru City predicts that the rainy season has the potential to occur until early 2020.

Pekanbaru BMKG forewellers, Dewi Gita Siregar released weather forecasts for the Riau region explaining that, when bad weather that needs to be aware is strong winds.

"Because of bad weather the wind speed can reach 57 km / hour," he explained, (9/12/2019).

He conveyed, weather predictions at night were generally cloudy. the potential for rain with a mild to moderate intensity occurs in most parts of Kampar Regency, Pelalawan Regency, Rohil Regency, Inhil Regency, Inhu Regency, Kuansing Regency and Meranti Regency.

"Rain alert with heavy intensity that can be accompanied by lightning and strong winds occur in the region of Kampar Regency, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Indragiri Hilir Regency, and Kuantan Singingi Regency in the afternoon or evening and at night or early morning," he explained. (R24 / Put)
