Flooded! Some Residents of Lubuk Village, Kembang Bunga Pelalawan, are starting to catch a cold

News24xx.com - The height of the surface of the Nilo River in Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village, Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency has receded to 60 centimeters, Wednesday 11 December 2019 this afternoon.

"This afternoon the water level of the Nilo River has receded. But some residents' homes and several social and public facilities are still flooded," said Pelalawan BPBD Head, Hadi Penandio.

Hadi said, the condition of the receding Nilo River water was uncertain to continue. Because this afternoon, rain still flushed Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village.

"Until this afternoon, there were 10 local residents who went to the local health post. The complaints of these residents were fever and flu," he said.

The water level of the Nilo River once reached 1 to 2 meters. This has caused flooding in Lubuk Kembang Bunga Village, Ukui District, since last Monday.

As a result of the floods that occurred since Monday, as many as 80 heads of households were affected. 40 residents' houses were submerged, and 6 residents were forced to flee to relatives, who were still in the village.
