An unscrupulous junior high school teacher in Sutera District, West Sumatra, LM (32) was arrested by the police. How depraved, as a teacher LM can't be a good example for his student, he molested his student.

LM depraved action revealed after the victim who was invited to stay at a hotel complained to his brother.

This abuse began when the victim participated in the Science Olympiad held by the South Coast Education Office on Saturday (07 December 2019) in Painan.

"At that time the victim left with LM from Silk to Painan. Before arriving in Painan, the victim was invited to stop at the tourist attraction of Sri Dano Beach, Batang Kapas District," Allan said.

Besides taking a walk to the beach, the victim also bought a watch by the suspect in the market. Then, the suspect invited the victim to stay at a hotel.

"Now, at the hotel around 09:00 pm, the suspect came to the victim's room and then committed acts of sexual abuse," Allan said.

After getting a report from the family, the police then arrested the suspect on Tuesday (10 December 2019).

"The suspect was charged with the Child Protection Act with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison and a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion," Allan said.
