"The perpetrator received information that his wife was having an affair. So that between the perpetrator and the victim there was a fight, then because of the emotions the perpetrator punched the victim's face and then took a hanger made of iron wire and hit on the victim's body," explained the police chief through his written statement, Thursday (12 December 2019).
