DLHK Riau Failed to Execute PT PSJ's Land in Langgam, This Said a Student Activist from Pelalawan

News24xx.com - Efforts to execute the diarrhea land of PT Peputra Supra Jaya (PSJ) which failed, were regretted by many parties. In fact, the execution was an order of the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) in 2018 ago.

"It's not very good. Not obeying the law," said one Pelalawan student activist, Heru Purnawan, Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

The student of the Law Faculty of the Islamic University of Riau (UIR) said that he fully supports the government's efforts to carry out the MA's orders.

"We support the government to execute the Supreme Court's decision. PT PSJ, must obey and comply with the decision," he said.

He warned, the state must not be inferior to groups or corporations. Because, the law must be upheld, and everything must be obedient.

"Let's provide education to the public. And remember, those who block the execution of court decisions can be convicted," he said.

As is known, DLHK Riau plans to execute the Supreme Court's verdict on 3,323 hectares of land in Pangkalan Gondai Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency.

However, the execution in accordance with the Supreme Court Decision that came out on December 17, 2018, was canceled because it was blocked by a group of people who claimed to be the local community and farmer groups.
