Nevertheless, he said, Zikri began to feel feverish during the first flood, around early December 2019. His body was hot, his body was convulsing. He has passed out and has not been healthy since. "During the second flood, he was increasingly unwell, and since then he has not known us, until now," he said.

Various efforts have been made by Musliadi and his parents, Suisantro alias Suit with Alpa Deliani to treat Zikri to be healthy again. Both with traditional medicine, as ordered and offered drugs that are believed to cure it. "But there are also no installments, even worse now. Zikri is increasingly unfamiliar with us. Keep silent, and unable to communicate," he said sadly.

Recently, he added, Zikri was brought to a pediatrician at the Teluk Kuantan Regional Hospital. But it could not be treated for long, because the doctor suggested that Zikri be referred to the General Hospital in Pekanbaru. "According to the doctor, Zikri must be treated quickly. Because he is suffering from inflammation of the lining of the brain," said Uncle Zikri.

Unfortunately, the quick desire to treat his niece was not realized, due to cost constraints. "If it is taken to Pekanbaru, of course the cost is expensive, while the BPJS does not yet exist. Because yesterday the BPJS was only administered, and only started to be used around February 6 tomorrow," he said sadly.

Thus, his nephew must be cared for at his home in Hamlet III Teratak Enau, Kumpai Pangean Island. "Yes, we must activate our BPJS and then Zikri can be transferred to Pekanbaru," he continued.
