Midwife in Guntung Who Was Persecuted by Her Own Nephew Is Passed Away

News24xx.com -The sad news came from midwife Lia Susanti, the staff at the Sungai Guntung Community Health Center exhaled her last breath on Tuesday (21 January 2020).

The woman who suffered injuries after being persecuted by her own nephew has died at 8:27 pm at the Embung Fatimah Hospital, Batam, Riau Islands.

The deceased died in the operating room at Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital. The CT scan results there is bleeding in the brain. Please pray, said Head of Sungai Guntung Puseksmas, Zainuddin.

To note, Lia Susanti, midwife was rushed to the Hospital Raja Musa Guntung, Thursday (16 January 2020) after experiencing severe persecution.

The honorary employee of the Sungai Guntung Health Center was apparently mistreated by her own nephew who had the initials M when he was at her home on Jalan Sudirman, Tagaraja Urban Village.

Chronology of the incident as described by a witness named Aldi, around 06.00 am when the victim was sleeping in the room, suddenly the perpetrator came into the room and arrested the victim and then slammed the victim toward the wall and floor.

The victim was screaming for help, Aldi who was in the house heard the victim's screams then immediately saw the source of the screaming and saw the victim was covered with blood.

Then Aldi left the house to ask for help to local residents, when residents came the perpetrator fled and hid inside the house until finally the police came and managed to arrest and secure the perpetrator.
