Rio said that there were 93 students in Wuhan, while five were housewives, including workers, all of whom were physically fit.

"Friends here, physically healthy, avoid the virus, but psychologically a little down, because they do not know how long Wuhan will be isolated," Rio said from Wuhan through a video call to Didied Affandy, a lecturer at FE Universitas Brawijaya in Malang, East Java, Tuesday, January 28, 2020.

Rio, who is studying for a master's degree at China University of Geosciences (CUG), lives with his wife and one five-year-old son in Wuhan.

He, with his family and other colleagues, is encouraged to stay indoors to avoid spreading the corona virus.

Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, has access to both the entrance and exit.

It also has an impact on the supply of food or logistics which is now running low.

The logistics owned by Rio and his family in Wuhan China, are now sufficient to meet the needs for two to three days.

With the depletion of the supply, prices of basic necessities in Wuhan were also reported to have increased.

"For logistics it is also rather difficult to get it. Because transportation is stopped, goods entering here are also limited, to get it is also fighting with local residents," Rio Alfi said, as reported by Antara on January 28, 2020.

Rio added, Indonesian citizens who are in Wuhan, really want to get out of the region immediately. However, the decision cannot be made personally, and there needs to be government intervention.

So far, the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing has tried to provide the best way for Indonesian citizens in Wuhan, including coordinating with the Indonesian Student Association in China (PPIT) in Wuhan.

"For all of us, of course we want to get out of Wuhan. But that needs government intervention. The Indonesian Embassy has tried our best to make it work for us," Rio Alfi said.
