News24xx.com - Lucinta Luna has been moved to a detention cell for women in the Metro Jaya Regional Police Detention Center.

The transfer was based on a court ruling that said Lucinta Luna was legally designated as a woman since December 2019.

The South Jakarta District Court public relations official, Achmad Guntur, has officially confirmed that Lucinta Luna has changed her name and gender status.

Lucinta Luna's request was registered in decision number 1230 / Pdt.P / 2019 / PN JKT.SEL dated November 26, 2019.

Then, the petition was ratified on December 20, 2019 by the sole judge Akhmad Jaini.

"The point is that someone named Muhammad Fatah submitted a request to the court to change his (gender status) as well as his name," Guntur said, quoted from Kompas.com, Friday (02/14/2020).

He added, the judge had also granted the name change to Ayluna Putri.

"Her name changed from Muhammad Fatah to Ayluna Putri and based on the judge's consideration, the request was granted," he said.

He also explained when submitting the request, Lucinta also attached a certificate of operation from a Thai doctor.

"There is also information here that he had had a genital operation in Thailand," said Guntur.

Lucinta also attached her KTP and Family Card.
