Gosh, Four Laptop and Loudspeaker Burglars Successfully Arrested by Bengkalis Police

BENGKALIS- The Mandau Police Secretariat, Bengkalis Regency arrested 4 perpetrators of criminal acts of theft by weighting (Confide) last Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

The four suspects include, RA (30), ZU (27), RO (35) and RK (33). The suspects are residents of Batang Dui Village, Bathub Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency.

"The four suspects were charged in the case of theft as stated in Article 363 of the Criminal Code," said the Mandau police chief, Commissioner Arvin Hariyadi SIK, Saturday 15 February 2020.

The Mandau police chief stated, as for the evidence from the perpetrators including, one unit of Asus X441M brand in Silver, one loudspeker unit in Ariska brand in golden yellow. They were arrested with the same crime scene on  Jendral Sudirman street, Kemuning alley, Batang Dui Village with one reporter.

Starting, the police chief continued, on Monday (10/2) at around 3:00 a.m. on Jalan Abdul Manan in front of the Vocational School Korpri Tambusai Batang Dui Village, there has been a criminal act of theft with a weighting carried out by an unknown suspect.

"The incident was discovered when the victim was in Rokan Hulu and got a call from the victim's neighbor named Misbah who informed him that the victim's house that had been abandoned for three days had been entered by a thief," said the police chief.

Knowing this, Kompol Arvin Hariyadi continued, on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 the victim immediately returned to Mandau, and after checking it turned out to have lost one unit of the Asus X441M Brand Laptop, one unit of a sitting cut machine brand Ryu Power Tools serie RC 0355-1, and 1 unit Ariska brand loudspeaker in golden yellow, and the back door of the house has been damaged.

And for the incident the victim suffered a loss of approximately Rp. 7,000,000 and subsequently reported the incident to the Police.

After conducting a criminal investigation team, the criminal investigation carried out an investigation into the case and succeeded in arresting two suspects and it was found that BB was a laptop unit which the perpetrator was going to sell.

"Based on these findings, a search of other evidence was carried out, namely one active speaker unit belonging to the victim whose existence was recognized by the suspect in the RK's house. Then the RK was captured at home with 1 Speaker Unit that he had bought from ZU for IDR. 400,000, - while the machine the victim's grinder has been sold by RO and is still under investigation, "said the Mandau police chief again.
