The Kuansing Regency Government has not been able to make the 2019 Delay Pay Project Payment, because it is still waiting for the Kuansing Inspectorate's review first.

This was acknowledged by the Head of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Hendra, AP. M.Sc when contacted by Riau24.Com.
