News24xx.com - Anger is a human thing. Angry is one of the bad qualities that exist in man. In addition to damaging the soul, anger can also interfere with health. Research shows there is a link between angry habit and heart problems. A person who is often angry will be very susceptible to interference with the heart.


Therefore, many verses of the Qur'an and hadith have commanded to control anger. According to the Qur'an, the ability to control anger (al-Kaazhimiin al-Ghaidh) is one of the characteristics of the righteous (QS Ali Imran [3]: 134).


Prophet Muhammad SAW has several times asked for advice by a man. Several times he also replied, "Do not be angry" (Bukhari).


One's strength, according to Rasulullah SAW, is not measured by his physical strength, but rather because of his ability to control anger.

As his saying, "The strong man is not a good wrestler, but a strong man is one who can control himself when angry (Bukhari and Muslim).


Here are some ways to control anger, including:


1. When you are angry, do not say anything
If we speak in anger, we will definitely aggravate the situation and very likely to hurt the feelings of others. If we speak in anger, we may find that people will respond with anger too, creating a circle of anger.
But if we can keep to remain silent, then it will give time for the emotion of anger to leave us.


2. Give the person who is trying to make us angry
Maybe some people have malicious intentions by trying to make you angry and take pleasure from you. But, if we can ignore their words and do not respond in any way to their provocation, they will lose interest and not bother us in the future.


3. Breathe deeply
A simple action with deep breathe deeply will greatly assist you in eliminating anger.


4. Meditation
Practice meditation regularly to bring your inner peace forward. If we can have access to inner peace, then we will be able to take advantage of this during the testing period.

 

5. Smile
When we smile, we alleviate many negative situations. Smiling is a way of offering goodwill to others. Smiling does not cost anything, but it can effectively ease tense situations
