A middle school student in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), South Sumatra (South Sumatra), was found dead in the forest. The 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped before being killed.

The murder allegedly occurred on Friday (3 April). Police said there was a man who had been secured in connection with the discovery of the corpse.

The man with the initials US (19) was allegedly a trainer in scouting activities at the victim's school. He was allegedly the perpetrator of the murder and rape of the student.
