SIAK- A man with the initials LT alias Jio, born in Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra, is a private employee, arrested and taken to the Siak Police Headquarters for allegedly committing fraud and embezzlement with the mode of disguising himself as an employee of BRI Bank.

Jio (28) was arrested because of a report from the victim NA (21), a female student from Dayun Siak village, who reported that she had been deceived by the disguised mode as an employee of BRI BANK.

Then the perpetrator invites the victim to Bank BRI for an interview, when he arrives in front of a young coconut shop (dayun market) the perpetrator asks to stop and check the completeness of the victim's administration, the perpetrator then asks the victim to complete a photocopy of KK and KTP, then the perpetrator asks the victim to leave 3 ( three) the victim's cellphone unit for registration via email, after that, the victim goes to photocopy her KK and KTP, and after returning to the original place, the perpetrator is gone, and 3 (three) victims' cellphone units have been taken away. "The loss of the reporter for this incident amounted to IDR. 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah)." he said.

The perpetrators were successfully secured on Sunday (03/04/2020) in Kualu Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau.

"The team then conducted an interrogation and the perpetrator admitted that he had committed fraud by claiming to be an employee of Bank BRI and embezzling 3 (three) units of the victim's cellphone, then the team conducted a search and secured the BB," said Siak Police Chief Doddy F Sanjaya SIK through Public Relations Siak Bripka Dedek Prayoga.

"The perpetrators also committed fraud and embezzlement in the same mode approximately in September 2019 TKP in front of BRI Bank Jl.
