This is the youngest fashion designer in New York Fashion Week 2017, still 11 years old

News24xx.com - New York Fashion Week Spring Summer 2018 gives its own surprise. One of the designers is an 11 year old girl.

Kheris Rogers is the youngest fashion designer during the New York Fashion Week. Kheris made a presentation of his Flexin 'In My Complexion clothing line collection along with two different shows.

History as the youngest designer for Kheris is a very valuable opportunity and experience to convey a message to the public about the differences in skin color.

While still in the first grade of elementary school, there were only five dark-skinned children in her school. Because of her skin color, she is often treated unfairly. Although, she move to other school is that has the diversity of races and skin color, she is still used as a mockery. It makes a motivate for Kheris to build of Flexin 'In My Complexion, with a message that black people have a variety of skin colors and everything looks beautiful.

 

To spread the message, the young entrepreneur finally presented her design collections at Harlem Front Row (a kind of multicultural show on par w
ith the Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week on the 2017 Fashion Week agenda).

She appeared with three different skin color models to show that there is no standard beauty standard.

Kheris also plans to launch the Fall / Winter collection and build a community (one of them members Lupita Nyong'o) who is proud of his skin color.

Approximately Kheris owns the same vision as Rihanna who launched 40 shade foundation Fenty Beauty.

The goal is to encourage women to be proud and confident with the skin color they have since birth.

With the achievements she achieved at a very young age, Kheris Rogers could potentially be the next 'It' black girl after Amandla Stenberg, Yara Shahidi, and Skai Jackson.
