Although his knee was break , Mendy still run to celebrate winning goal of Sterling

News24xx.com -  Benjamin Mendy is undergoing repairs after being hit. But, Mendytake desperate action to Manchester City decisive goal victory.

Mendy, who bought City from the US Monaco in the transfer market last summer, pulled out of the green field since September. The French defender suffered a knee ligament injury and was threatened with absence until the end of the season.

Because his severe knee, Mendy must be very careful in the recovery process. Otherwise, his condition could get worse and he takes longer to heal.

But, Mendy could not restrain himself after Raheem Sterling scored in the last seconds of injury time in the game against Southampton Stadium at Etihad, on Thursday, November 30 2017 pm dawn.

Sterling goal was to ensure City won 2-1.

From the sidelines, Mendy participated with the players. He was obviously still limping. In celebration of the goal, Mendy took Sterling selfie with mobile phone in the wake. But the game has not really ended.

After the game, Mendy open the voice about the reckless action. "Break the ACL, but who cares after the winning goal in 95 minutes," Mendy wrote in his Twitter account with emoticons.

What is done by Mendy make City manager, Pep Guardiola, shake his head in a press conference after the game.

"Mendy is crazy, he's got a six-month injury and he's running.” Guardiola said.

Victory over Southampton to make City is now collecting 40 points from 14 Premier League matches. The Citizens are still eight points clear of Manchester United being the closest competitor.
