News24xx.com -  After appealing against for sentenceof 20-year , the commander of the Croatian, General Slobodan Praljak was killed after drink a cup of poison at a trial taht led by a United Nations judge in The Hague on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.


General Slobodan Praljak was accused of being a war criminal and was responsible for the massacre of Bosnian Muslims.


Quoted from a nearby source, the Croatian television station showing Plajak died at a hospital in The Hague shortly after drinking a cup of poison.


The appeals judge at the Yugoslav war crimes court sentenced six Bosnian Croats. They were found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the 1990s.


Shortly after the verdict of the judge's verdict, Praljak, 72, immediately dismissed the accusation and drank a glass of liquid and said; "I will drink this poison, I am not a war criminal, I am against this belief," he said.


The presiding judge stopped and adjourned the hearing. Then asked the doctors, ambulances and paramedics to came to the courtroom.


"The former head of the Croatian Defense Council's headquarters, General Slobodan Praljak, died at a hospital in The Hague, shortly after drinking poison in the courtroom after the International Criminal Tribunal confirmed a 20-year sentence for war crimes," Croatian television shown.
