News24xx.com -  Not only China, it was revealed that a Russian-flagged vessel also supplies oil to North Korea.

An intelligence source said the Russian-flagged tanker had given oil three times to the state of Kim Jong-Un's regime.

As quoted by CNNIndonesia, two senior security officers of western Europe said the oil was put through the transfer of cargo at sea. This means that Russia's veto power in the UN Security Council like the United States (US) is considered to have violated UN sanctions for North Korea.

"Some Russian ships have sent petrochemicals from ships to ships for several times this year that violate sanctions," said the source who did not want to be named.

Oil from Russian vessels is flown to North Korean ships during October to November 2017. This proves there has been smuggling because last September it was known that state-owned vessels Kim Jong-Un of Russia sailed back to his country.

While a second source of information to Reuters said despite that vessel using Russian flag, it has not found evidence of the Russian State was involved.

"There is no evidence of illegal oil smuggling to North Korea supported by the Russian state, but these Russian ships give life to North Koreans," he said.

The existence of these findings make the Russian party is still not willing to speak. Russia's Foreign Ministry and the Russian Customs Service declined to comment. While the owner of one of the boats accused of smuggling oil into Kim Jong-Un regime has denied the allegations.

Previously President of the United States (US) Donald Trump through his twitter account claimed disappointed with the involvement of China in selling oil to North Korea. Although Beijing later denied all allegations from Washington.
