News24xx.com -  On Monday, January 8, 2018 Singapore is reportedly experiencing the floods. The flood was occurred in eastern of Singapore.


As reported by CNNIndonesia, the water is overflowed and make many cars drown. The incident of flooding is suspected as a result of heavy rain before.


Singapore National Water Agency has also warned of flash floods on Nipah Road, at the intersection of Sim Avenue and Eunos Road 8, as well as Jalan Tanjong Katong.


They also have issued a flash flood warning on Arumugam street, at the intersection Bedok Road. Upper Changi Road East, at the intersection of Upper Changi Road and Bedok North Avenue 4 and the junction of Tampines Avenue 12.


From some videos that cited from Channel News Asia news, the floods near Paya Lebar shown a drowning car.


Not a few Singaporeans share photos and flood videos in several areas of Singapore through their social media accounts.


Melvin Lau, an Uber taxi driver says when he driving along Bedok North Avenue 4 at around 9 am, he was trapped in flash floods.


"My car is almost trapped in water, and I have to regulate the vehicle and move away," said Melvin.


Until now various photos about the flood in Singapore is still circulated in the mass media.
