News24xx.com -  A taxi driver was questioned and investigated by police after he filmed a 18-year-old woman who jumped off from bridge in a Facebook Live.

Nittaya Sawasdiwan plunged from the Rama VII bridge to the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand in the early hours of January 2, 2018.


Reportedly, before she committed to suicide, Nittaya hired a driver named Pataradan Noomsrinart to take her to the scene of her suicide,

Nittaya paid to the driver as much as £ 11 or about IDR 176 thousand to record the scene of her suicide.


The footage shows Nittaya consciously jumping from the bridge into the sea.

Her body was found two days later by sea divers and police, about 500 meters south of the bridge.


Pataradanai immediately ended the suicide broadcast as soon as he realized what had happened and reported the incident to the police. And the driver is now being interrogated by officers.


Until this day, Nittaya's suicidal motives are unknown.

Pataradanai told to the officer that he heard that woman crying in the car all the way to the bridge.

The girl's family has been notified of the incident.

As quoted from the Bangkok Post, officers said that Pataradan was facing charges for failing to help someone in danger.
