A woman must faces high fine because she posts the pictures of her son on Facebook

You may think that sharing your children's photos on Facebook is funny and harmless, but it all turns out to be horribly wrong.

An Italian mother is prohibited to posting a photo of her teenage child in social media after the child has sued her to court.

And the woman must pay a fine of £ 8,900 or about IDR 173 million to her son, 16-year-old teenager if still exist to use social media.

Euronews reported, the unnamed teenager admitted discomfort with the habits of his mother who likes to play in social media during the process of divorce that involving him and his father.

The court chose to side with the boy, and warned his mother that she would be fined if she still sent a photo of her or her child's photo to social media.

The lawyer Giuseppe Croari told Euronews that the court ruled that the woman violated Facebook's terms and conditions. The court ruling also refers to the law in Italy, which states that the subject of the photo has its copyright.
