An Italian mother is prohibited to posting a photo of her teenage child in social media after the child has sued her to court.

Euronews reported, the unnamed teenager admitted discomfort with the habits of his mother who likes to play in social media during the process of divorce that involving him and his father.

The lawyer Giuseppe Croari told Euronews that the court ruled that the woman violated Facebook's terms and conditions. The court ruling also refers to the law in Italy, which states that the subject of the photo has its copyright.
