News24xx.com -  Located in Huntsville, Alabama, United States, a new factory which is a collaboration of automotive companies Toyota and Mazda was stand.

The factory is expected to cost USD 1, 6 billion and will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 units.


The factory will open in 2021 and is located about 14 miles (22 km) from the Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Alabama, will makes a variety of engines for vehicles such as the Camry, Highlander, and Tundra.


The new facility is expected can absorb 4,000 jobs.


"Mazda makes a car with a clear vision of how we want to inspire people, gives contribute to society and help to preserve the beauty of the earth. We hope that as time goes, our plant will occupy a special place in the hearts of employees and local communities," said Mazda's CEO, Masamichi Kogai.


A similar response was also expressed by Toyota President Akio Toyoda. He said, "Our investment will build a new vehicle assembly plant. Mazda is built on the strong success we have enjoyed in Alabama, where we will produce engines for the North American market."
