Only allowed to get shower twice a year, this the story of kids from house of horrors in California

News24xx.com -  The Californian couple who are accused to chaining their children and make their children has starve, do not want to plead their guilty to the action that they are taking.

David and Louise Turpin allegedly beat and strangled their children, if they made a mistake as a form of punishment for many years.

Riverside County District Attorney Mike Hestrin said the children were found so badly malnourished and makes their body condition was so bad. Now, all the victims are being examined.

From the thirteen children who were rescued, some of them had cognitive impairment and neurological damage.

As quoted from NBC, before they successfully to rescued, the children are only given one meal a day and only allowed to shower twice a year. The torture allegedly began while they were living in Fort Worth, Texas, many years ago, before they moved to California.

The owner of a Forth Worth property that rented by Turpins found evidence of possible torture, and he shared many horrific photographs that showing signs of scratches and dirty carpets.

Initially, they were suspicious if the scratch marks came from animals - but now they fear that the scratches were caused by captive children during the Turpins’ time there between 1992 and 1999.

While other homeowners who rent out their homes for the Turpins family near Rio Vista speculate that the couple locked their children in the closet.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, told WFAA: 'There are two vents in the closet and are now closed. Maybe they (David and Louise Turpin) do that. "

Mrs Turpins never let her children go out and play. They just got homeschool for every one of them and one day they went unexpectedly.

 

The Turpins moved to California in 2010, and settled in Perrin in 2014. Until last week, both were arrested on charges of horrific torture of 13 of their children in their home after a 17-year-old daughter managed to escape through a window and dialed 911 on Sunday, January 14, 2018.

Police who came to the house found three of them large, aged two to 29 years, chained to bed and lie on their own shit.
