While many young people look older because of their make up and fashion. The 50-year-old woman looks unbelievably young, so that many people think she is her own son’s girlfriend.

Liu Yelin started swimming when she was 30 and immediately fell in love with it. She would swim outdoors, even in winter. At age 50, Liu Yelin is often mistaken as her own 22-year-old son’s girlfriend because of how young she looked.

At first glance, you’d think she is in her 20’s, as her face showed no sign of old age and wrinkles. According to her, people would often approach her in public places to asking her secret to looking so young.

However, her secret is very simple: exercise. Aside from swimming, she would work out at least three times a week.

“I swim in the lake and do weight training every day,” Liu said.
