President Joko Widodo Visit Bangladesh President Joko Widodo Visit Bangladesh - President Joko Widodo visited Bangladesh. There, Jokowi holds a bilateral meeting with Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to meet Rohingya refugees at Cox's Bazar.

Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media Secretariat of President BeyMachmudin said the meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took place at the Prime Minister's office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. After that, President Jokowi and PM Hasina witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding.

"Before visiting the office of Prime Minister of Bangladesh, President Jokowi and First Lady IrianaJokoWidodo first attended the ceremony of laying a wreath at the National Matryrs Memorial Savar and the laying of wreaths at the Bangabhandu Memorial Museum," said Bey in a written statement received detikcom, Sunday (28 / 1/2018).

In the afternoon, said Bey, President Jokowi and First Lady Iriana along with entourage to Cox's Bazar using the Presidential aircraft Indonesia-1 through HazratShahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

"From Cox's Bazar, President and Mrs. Iriana along with the entourage will continue their journey to camp refugee camp Jamtoli by car, where the President will meet Rakhine State refugees," said Bey.

After that, said Bey, President Jokowi with the entourage will return to Dhaka, Bangladesh using the Presidential plane of Indonesia-1.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister RetnoMarsudi explained that President Jokowi's meeting with PM Hasina will discuss trade between the two countries. In addition, a MoU will also be signed.***
