Eight parents was killed in a nursing home in Japan

News24xx.com - Eleven people killed in a great fire that occurred in a residence special for parents, in northern Japan on Thursday, January 31, 2018. The television footage showed a three-story building was burned by fire and dozens of firefighters struggled to overcome the fire in snowy conditions.

The victims ie eight men and three women, were among 16 facilities in Sapporo, Hokkaido, that run by a local organization.

Five other residents escaped with minor injuries, a police spokesman told to AFP, adding that authorities are now investigating the identity of the victims. Police said they had conducted an investigation into the cause of the fire that occurred at 11:42 pm, local time.

This residential facility is intended to help the parents who are experiencing financial difficulties by offering cheap accommodation and helping them to find work.
