The grim details of the alleged kidnapping of British model, Chloe Ayling were revealed on Wednesday, February 4 2017 during a trial of Lukasz Pawel Herba, 30 years old. Herba was charged with kidnapping of Ayling in July 2017 after he was fired from his job in London.

Ayling said last summer her kidnappers prepared to "auction" her through a sex website, where the user identities were hidden through encryption, and allowing them to buy and sell criminal items. The kidnappers tried to sell Ayling, 20, on the internet as a sex slave for USD 300,000 (IDR 4 billion).

Ayling told to an Italian investigator, when she was anesthetized, gagged, tied and stuffed into a backpack, she was then transported to the trunk of a car to a remote farmhouse outside Turin. There, she slept with her hands and feet tied to the furniture, investigators said.

During the Herba's trial on Wednesday, the researchers said that the model got psychological pressure during the kidnapping. Herba was arrested on July 17, 2017, shortly after he freed Ayling and escorted her to the British consulate in Milan, police said.

British and Italian media reported that the kidnappers freed Ayling after knows that she was the mother of a two-year-old boy.

Herba's brother, Michal Konrad Herba, was also accused of involvement in the kidnapping and was arrested in Britain last summer. Now, he is awaiting extradition from England.

Ayling described her abduction in a statement to police last summer, and published by the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

"A person wearing black gloves emerged from behind and put one hand on my neck and the other in my mouth, while the second man, who has wearing black balaclava, injected something into my right arm."

"I thought I was losing consciousness. When I woke up, I wore a pink bodysuit and socks. I realized that I was in the trunk of a car, with my wrists and ankles was tied up and my mouth covered with duct tape. I was in my bag, just with a small hole that allows me to breathe."

She screamed and fought hard, and the kidnappers tried to silence her on their way to safe house.

Ayling's lawyer in Italy, Francesco Pesce, said that last summer he was confused why Ayling was dropped off at the British consulate.

"She suffered terribly ... It was a terrible experience ... ands he felt that she would never see her family again," he said.
