Composer Johann Johannsson dies at 48 years

News24xx.com - Johann Johannsson has reportedly died on Friday, February 9 2018. It was confirmed by his management.

Johann Johannsson, known as the composer for 'The Theory of Everything' and 'Arrival' died at the age of 48 years.

But his management did not reveal the cause of Johann Johannsson's died.

"With great sorrow we confirmed the news of our friend Johann's death, we have lost one of the most intelligent and talented people in the world. We hope his music can always inspire us," wrote a representative from Redbird Music Management, as quoted by the Guardian, Sunday February 11 2018.

During his life, Johann Johannsson has got many achievements through the music he created.

Johann Johannsson earned an Oscar nomination through 'The Theory of Everything' (2014), and won Best Original Score at the Golden Globe Award for the same movie.

Two years later (2016), the composer from Icelandic get awarded as Best Film Composer of the Year at the World Soundtrack Awards through the movie 'Arrival'.
