Persija Jakarta won the Presidential Cup 2018 after defeating Bali United

News24xx.com - Persija Jakarta won the Presidential Cup 2018 after defeating of Bali United with score 3-0 in the final match at the Bung Karno Main Stadium on Saturday, February 17 2018.

Persija winning 2-0 over Bali United in the first round. All goals in the first 45 minutes were scored by striker, Marko Simic. In the second half, Persija add their score with goal by Novri Setiawan.

Persija and Bali United attack each other since the early minutes of the game. Both teams want to show themselves as the best in this pre-season tournament. Both Bali United and Persija both lowered their best players.

However, Persija ahead in the 20th minute first. Starting from free kick of Rezaldi Hehanusa from the left side, striker Marko Simic breaks into Wawan's goal with a header.

Persija add their score to 2-0 before the first round ended. Rohit Chand's gutter bait was met with a Simto kick in the 47th minute. The first half ended with a 2-0 advantage for Persija.

Winning two goals in the first half did not makes Macan Kemayoran (Persija) to reduce it's attack to defense of Bali United.

Persija who became 'host' more rely on counterattacks. In fact, in the first round it was Bali United who used the tactics.

However, until the long whistle was blown, Persija still win 3-0 over Bali United. And that club winning the Cup Tournament President for the first time.
