Revealed that someone who close with Cruz called the FBI hotline to say about his plan

News24xx.com -  The foster family of Nikolas Cruz, a 19-year-old that being a shooter of a school in Florida, says Cruz is strange, immature and depressed but does not look like a murderer.

After James and Kimberly Snead took Cruz to their home at Florida on November 2017, he followed their rules, and Cruz turned into a good boy and seemed to be happier.

On Wednesday, Cruz was still living with the family when he was suspected of using an AR-15 rifle to killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

"We have a monster that living under our roofs and we do not know about it," Kimberly Snead told to South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Jim, 48, is an army veteran, while Kimberly is a nurse in the neonatal section.


The couple's son had made a friendship with Cruz and asked if Cruz could move into their home on Thanksgiving day.

When he arrived, Jim and Kimberly found himself suffering from severe depression following the death of his mother.

In the days before the shooting, Kimberly took Cruz to her therapist.

Cruz, who is described as having an obsession with firearms, was allowed to carry his weapon into the family home. They even installed lockers in his room where they could be safely guarded. The weapons include AR-15, two rifles, knives, replica guns and other pellet guns.

During his stay at Jim's house, Cruz only asked to take his weapon twice.

Jim believes that only he have the locker lock, but he thinks, Cruz might keep anothe key for himself. The family also revealed that although the age of Cruz is teenager, but he do not know how to perform basic tasks such as cooking or washing clothes.

Cruz also told Jim that he wanted to join with the military and serve as an infantry.

On the day of the shooting, Cruz told them that he would not go to campus. But, at 2:30 in the afternoon they received a call from their child and saying that he heard gunfire on campus.

Then, police search for their home, and at that time, Cruz was already in custody.

The family comes to the sheriff's office where they saw Cruz being taken to the building.


James said, "He said that he was sorry, he apologized, he looked lost, really lost, and it's the last time when we saw him."


On Thursday, Cruz was charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder. He has been interrogated for hours by the US federal authorities.

It was revealed that someone who close with Cruz called the FBI hotline on January 5, 2018 to warn that he had firearms and have a risked to shooting at school.


Previously, in Youtube video, Nikolas Cruz said "I will be a professional school shooter."
