Man arrested for using fake ID to get certificate of good conduct from police

News24xx.com -  KA (20) was arrested by the police when he was trying to get certificate of good conduct by using a fake identity card, in Pelalawan police station, Riau province.

KA, who lived in Jambu Street, Setia Alley, East Kerinci, came to Pelalawan police station on Wednesday, February 28 2018 at 11:00 a.m, local time.

Instead of getting certificate of good conduct as he want, he was precisely arrested by the police for using fake ID.

“We arrested KA with allegation of ID forgery,” the head of the city police department, Kaswandi Irwan said through Iptu Maraden Sijabat, the person in charge of the Human Resources on Friday, March 2 2018.

He explained that the suspect came to city police department to make certificate of good conduct.

The officer in charge started to become suspicious after seeing his blurred ID. When the officer asked for family identity card, there it was revealed that he was from North Sumatra.

Because the address in the ID card and the family identity card was different, and it make the officer did an investigation and found out that the suspect was using a fake ID.

“Now, the suspect was arrested. We will investigate further. We will search whether there is another party involved in this,” Sijabat said.
