Samsung included new technology in Galaxy S4
News24xx.com - Samsung included technology that nicknamed “Smart Pause” in Galaxy S4 smartphone its reliable in 2014. This fitur will stop video rotation in smartphone if the on-looker turn one’s head aside from the screen.
This best fitur was assumed had been stolen from a firm named PARTEQ which in connection with Queens University, who applied technology that is very similar with Samsung before launching of Galaxy S4.

There was no doubt that Samsung had paid million of US dollars yearly for license of several technologies which were used on its apparatus. We can not darely stated who is the right and who is the wrong in here.
But, one matterin fact, Samsung have financial srength to getting the best lawyer to keep his right in court, while NuCurrent might be did not got financial supports to run a long time trial.
Startup based in Chicago namely NuCurrent had claimed Samsung over suspected steal of intelectual wealth in connection with filling- in nircable smartphoneenergies.
This is new case of the plenty law accusations where Samsung were blamed because of being predicted had stolen technology secrets from other firms.
NuCurrent business was focused on the filling in of nircable technology. The firm expressed that their side had developed new way to give speed and efficient of nircable filling in and met Samsung regarding technology licenses.
According to the complainant, that firm was invited to main office of Samsung in South Korea, where both firms made discussion for some days, concerning how the technology works and how the matter can benefit Samsung if using it in the firm smartphone.
Samsung reported indicating strong interest to using technology in Galaxy S and Note series. It is true, Samsung used nircable technology in Galaxy S7, S8, and some other apparatus with wireless charging, but, the problem is, that they had never signing license agreement with NuCurrent.
It is interesting, Samsung had long lines of law accusations with the same story line, most of them, at last settled outside court.
