Problem on Mitsubishi Xpander became viral, this is the steps that taken by company

News24xx.com -  Many complaints often expressed by the users of Mitsubishi Xpander. It’s about their experienced when the gas pedal released that will rose by itself or known as idle up. It's often happened when the air conditioner are on.

Some users had been reported to the dealer regarding the issue. And until now, the company still confused to find a solution to anticipate it.

Director of Sales & Marketing Division of Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia Company (MMKSI) Irwan Kuncoro on Monday March 19 2018, said, "We have hear about the problem from some customer. And we've explaine about the problem to the consumer."

Irwan also explained, until now there were no informations for mass repair, and recall about this problem.

"About mass repair and recall, we are ready, but there are no instructions and decisions from our principals in Japan for that matter," he said.

The problems that exist on Mitsubishi Xpander still has been studied and expected not happen to other Xpander users.
