131 Banks in Indonesia are open up for question and answer sessions

As a monetary authority, Bank Indonesia establishes and implements monetary policy to achieve and maintain the stability of IDR.
Bank Indonesia, currently as the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia has made many changes in following the development of the digital era. This was proved by the self-publishing Bank Indonesia through its social media.
Bank Indonesia has now been able to be followed by all societies. As stated by Cecep Ridwan as Assistant Director of the Communication Department of Bank Indonesia, on Thursday March 22nd 2018, "BI already has accounts in various social media, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Group, TV, Doon. also presents on Radio, print media, online media in the press confrence"

Cecep acknowledged that Bank Indonesia is currently focusing on social media communication, because social media has an active role which is very influential in terms of communication directly to the society.
Bank Indonesia in performing its duty to maintains financial stability, regulates and maintains the smoothness of the payment system, establishs and implements monetary policy need community support.
The purpose for this communication are to support the effectiveness of policy, improve transparency and accountability in the implementation of BI tasks, improve public understanding of BI policy, and get input from the public to improve BI policy in the future.
