All vegetarian food menus presented to differentiate this hotel in Pekanbaru from others

News24xx.com - After some renovation times, this 3 stars hotel located at Teuku Umar street, Pekanbaru will operates soon.

The hotel is still serving vegetarian food. And this is the only hotel in Pekanbaru city that offers food and beverages made from raw vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, and fruits.

Yayan, as Marketing Manager of Paramita Hotel and Gaja Hotel said that, currently the restaurant located on the ground floor of Paramita Hotel Pekanbaru is in the process of finishing. "It's 90 percent renovation, on the ground floor and first floor" said Yayan.

"Previously the restaurant was only on the ground floor, but the owner (Rauhula) wanted to change the shape and atmosphere, so for some time this Hotel closed for its operation" Yayan said again.

"So the restaurant we move for some time to Gaja Hotel located in DR Sutomo Street, Pekanbaru which is still in same group with Paramita Hotel" he said.

"for ‘Kopi La'Restaurant’ in Gaja Hotel offers a traditional menu, but for Paramita Hotel 'Tea Time Lotus Vegetarian Restro' serves vegetarian food," he said.

Yayan further said that the vegetarian menu in Lotus Vegetarian Restro is all raw materials are processed. "The total for food are more than 100 menus, ranging from appetizer, soup, fried rice, rice package, seafood, and snacks.

"There is meat and seafood, but the material is not from animals, but from processed vegetables and nuts, or vegetable, and the shape looks like meat, and fish" he explained.

"As for drinks, there are 50 menus in total, and some of these are also made from vegetable" he added.

For the price, Yayan mentioned that the range of food prices starts from IDR 16 thousand to IDR 40 thousand. As for steamboat food, the price between IDR 60 thousand to IDR 75 thousand. These prices does not include 'tax and service'. Then for drinks, the price ranges from IDR 5 thousand to IDR 25 thousand.

Yayan also revealed that this vegetarian food does not have a mixture of onions. "The food menu is served with no onion mixture, this is because the onions consumed in the body can accelerate the process of decay," he said.

"For special foods, our best seller in Lotus Vegetarian Restro is a eel with green chili sauce and bali fish, the price per portion is only IDR 38 thousand" he said.

Yayan also revealed that the renovations at the Paramita Hotel are on the ground floor, 1st floor and on the front porch. These three locations will be used as a place to relax with friends, colleagues, or with family. Privat Room is also provided for those who want to have a casual meeting with business associates.
