News24xx.com - Many scientists from several universities in the UK are figuring out how daily activities affect the life span. Over 6.5 years, that information was collected from half a million people aged 38 to 73.
Experts believe that lovers of nightlife have risk to die more faster.
This is stated by professor of neurology at the School of Medicine of the Department of Health of Northwestern Christian University of Knutson.
It was found that those people who are used to sleeping late, have a chances to dying more faster about 10 percent more often than those who sleep early.
In addition, they will also have various health problems. On the other hand, the sleep duration is related with the biological clock and it also depends with genes.
