Amarah called Bank Riau Kepri as a family company

News24xx.com -  On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, a number of people held a demonstration in front of Bank Riau Kepri (BRK) that located at Jenderal Sudirman street, Pekanbaru Riau.

The communities that joining on Aliansi Masyarakat Bermarwah Riau (Amarah) came to BRK after highlight many cases are gnawing that bank, such as the alleged fictitious loans, bad loans, and the issuance and purchase of obligations.

As we known, BRK is a bank belongs to the governments of Riau Province and Riau Island provinces 

According to the coordinator of Amarah, Fahrurrozi said an official of BRK named Syahrul Ilyas was allegedly involved in the issuance of bonds with worth about IDR 500 billion (USD 38 million) and the purchases of bond with worth about IDR 1.4 trillion (USD 104 million).

In addition, they also highlighted some officials of BRK who allegedly have many problems. And also the employees of Bank Riau Kepri who has many kinship relationship with the President Director (CEO) of Bank Riau Kepri.

"Many officials at BRK often include their families to work there (BRK) as employees, and makes  that bank as a family company. We need, all the employees of BRK must bee checked. If its find, a blood relation or kinship, they must fired," Fahrurrozi said.

Some of the names that mentioned by Amara has  problems are Ashari, Mukhlis, Eka Afriadi, Sarjoni Amnan, Amril Daud, Yudi Aditya and Fajar Restu.

In addition, Fahrurrozi also requested that the head of BRK, Irvandi Gustari must be dismissed soon, Because, nowadays, the condition of BRK is getting worse.

"And we also ask to replace the Commissioner of BRK, Rivai Rahman because he no longer productive", he added.
