The study, published in the journal Chronobiology International, proves that many men and women who stay up late have a 10 percent higher risk of premature death due to various reasons, compared to those who like to get up early.

Participants who like to stay up late night, according to scientists are more susceptible to diabetes, psychological disorders and problems in the nervous system. And the results will accelerate the risk of death.
