Story of a woman who lives inside a glass cage for 13 years

News24xx.com - Due to rare illnesses that threaten her life, Juana Munoz, a woman from Cadiz, has to spend her life inside a glass cage for 13 years. She cannot even hold her own husband and son due to mysterious illnesses that she suffers.

The 25 meters square glass cage has been Munoz’s “home” for more than a decade. According to local media, Munoz suffers from four incredible illnesses, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and sign of electro-sensitivity.

Munoz said it all happened after she gave birth to her first child. She started to feel something strange when she was washing the potatoes that her husband grew. Her eyes and tongue started to swell and she was quickly taken to intensive care unit. At first, she thought it was due to food poisoning, but her condition continued for a long time.

Ever since she lived inside the glass cage, her husband, Manuel has been her source of motivation. Manuel even grows vegetables so Munoz can eat fresh organic food. Right now, the couple is waiting for organic mask from Dallas, United States. With that mask, it will be possible for Munoz to live her old life.
