The program 'pick up the ball' is done in cooperation between Telkomsel and Dukcapil

News24xx.com - To support the success of prepaid registration program, Telkomsel continues to cooperate with Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil), and this new activity is held by holding the 'pick up the ball'.

The program was a visited and socialization activity to the rural areas, as well as the placement of service personnel in both Dukcapil and GraPARI offices.

Telkomsel Sales Director Sukardi Silalahi said, "This ball picking program is a form of Telkomsel's seriousness in succeeding the government's prepaid registration program."

GraPARI mobile service officers and Dukcapil officers walk around and open posts to reach customers in crowded points such as settlements, traditional markets, educational institutions, offices and industrial estates.
