Tragic, a little girl raped by a neighbour in front of his sister in India until got fatal injuries

News24xx.com -  Again, the case of rape occured in India. With the number of rape cases against women on the rise, India desperately needs a stringent law to deal with the culprits.

The victims of rape not only from the residents in India, but sometimes, rape cases also occure to foreign woman who have time to comes to India just for holiday or travelling. Now, India become one of dangerous country for women.

Although the rape cases always occure every day, but the goverment of India not set a severe punishment for the perpetrator, no matter the age of the man that commit the heinous crime on.

Now, the case of rape occured in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur Dehat district. A 13-year-old girl is in a critical condition after she was allegedly raped and beaten by a 16-year-old juvenile.  The accused, a neighbour, allegedly committed the crime in the presence of his sister in Shivli town on Sunday, April 23 2018.

Ratan Kant Pandey, Kanpur Dehat deputy inspector general (DIG)  informed that the girl was in a pretty bad shape. After being rape, the juvenile, along with his father and mother, allegedly beat up the girl as well injuring her seriously.

Before letting her go home, they even threatened and asked her to keep mum or else she would have to face consequences.
 

At home, the girl narrated the incident to her family. And her father makes a report to police. Now, the girl was admitted to a district hospital, after she was shifted from Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital. Her condition is said to be critical.

On Tuesday, April 24 2018, the officer from Shivli police station came to the perpetrator's house. The juvenile, his father and mother has been detained.
