This is based on lifestyle, food, and the type of activities performed. This number is quite satisfactory, considering the current average life of men or women in Indonesia only ranges up to 60 years.

Although we know if no one can predict about death, but based on the data is known there are four causes of death of women around the world?

So, what are they?

1. Cancer
Cancer is the leading cause of female death. Even,  based on WHO data in 2018, cancer has ingested 8.8 million lives.

And breast cancer was killed approximately 571 thousand women in the worldwide.

This is also same with data from the Ministry of Health in 2013, that the breast cancer got first ranked as cancer that killed women in Indonesia, followed by lung cancer and cervical cancer.

Every year,  no less than 15 thousand cases of cervical cancer occured in Indonesia. The high cases of cervical cancer in Indonesia makes WHO put Indonesia as a country with the number of patients with cervical cancer in the world.

2. Heart disease
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in almost all parts of the world.

Heart disease was caused by the buildup of plaque that causes the heart's blood vessels to narrow so that the blood is difficult to flow smoothly.

Other heart problems are angina, arrhythmias, and heart failure.

Based on data from the Ministry of Health in 2013, total cases of coronary heart disease (CHD), heart failure, and stroke in Indonesia are estimated to be more common in women with age group 45-54 years, 55-64 years, and 65-74 year.

3. Chronic lower respiratory tract disease
Chronic lower respiratory disease is a collection of lung diseases that cause airflow obstruction and respiratory problems, especially chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as asthma.

The number of asthma cases in Indonesia was estimated to be more common in women than in men.

About 80 percent of deaths from COPD can be linked to smoking habits. Today, many women in Indonesia have become active smokers.

4. Accidents
The fourth cause of death in women with aged 35-44 years in Indonesia is an accident.

You can reduce the risk of death from accident,  one of them is to ensure safety while driving.

Use seat belts when driving by car, and wear complete attributes (such as helmet and jacket) when driving with a motorcycle or used seat belt when driving a car.
