The company named the Ferray employs for 9 cute cat to accompany the employees for work.

Hidenobu Fukuda, director of the company, said the workers in IT field is often overtime at the office.

Inevitably, these habits can make employees will stress. And this case will make trigger the depression until the desire to commit suicide.

"So I give a permit to our employees to bring their cats to the office. I also give incentives amount of USD 600 thousand for employees who bring their cat," said Fukuda, quoted from the Japan Times.

Eri Ito, one of the employees who work in Ferray said while looking her cat sleeps next to her while working, Ito feels calm.
