Implementation of SBMPTN 2018 in Pekanbaru simultaneously held on this day

News24xx.com - Today on Tuesday, May 8th, 2018, prospective students participating in State College (PTN) facing the test for SBMPTN simultaneously throughout Indonesia.

Previously, registration was done online at http://pendaftaran.sbmptn.ac.id page. in the Selection Together Entry of State Universities (SBMPTN) 2018 which ended on April 27th 2018 ago.

For Riau, UR Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Thamrin MSc, in Rectorate Building of Unri, said there are types of test options for SBMPTN participants held on May 8th, 2018, the Printed Writing Exam (UTBC), Trial Write Computer Based (UTBK) and skill exams.

"For written test materials, consists of Academic Ability and Potential Tests (TKPA), such as Basic Mathematics, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Verbal Landfill, TPA Numerical, and Figural TPA 2. Second, the Basic Science and Technology Capability Test (TKD Saintek) consists of Science Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics" Thamrin said.

Thamrin also said the Basic Social Ability and Humanities Test (TKD Soshum) consists of Sociology, History, Geography and Economics. Meanwhile, for the Skills Exam (UK) is only for participants who choose courses in the field of art and sports.

He also mentioned that the UK is mandatory to be followed by participants in the PTN Options and not allowed to follow the UK in the PTN which is not the PTN destination. Participants must also follow the type of UK in accordance with the provisions of the choice program.

Thamrin added, as a local committee 19 in Pekanbaru, UR has prepared the location of exams that can be reached by the participants of SBMPTN exam.

The implementation was also occured at the State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim (UIN Suska) Riau for the execution of the EEK exam, UR Panam for Mixed exam, UR Gobah, and several Private Universities implementing the Soshum Exam.

Vice Rector for UR Academic Affairs, Head of UR Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, Azhar Kasymi SH when accompanying the Rector, also conveyed that participants who take the admission test through this SBMPTN can attend one hour before the commencement.

"We have announced to the participants to be present one hour before the execution of the test so that the participants are not in a hurry to finish the tested questions so they can get more value" he said.

"And for the requirements of completeness that need to be brought, we have also announced, such as clothing, stationery, and Certificate of Passed (SKL)" he said.

For the Western part of Indonesia, the execution of the test is divided into schedules. Mixed test starting from 7:00 to 16:30 pm, saintek exam ranging from 7:00 to 13:45 pm, and soshum exams ranging from 9.45-16.30 pm.
