Here's the process of washing the Ka'bah, using zam-zam water

News24xx.com - Cleansing of  Ka'ba, the sacred building of Muslims in Mecca, Saudi Arabia was held in a relatively short time.

As reported by Al Arabiya, Tuesday, May 30 2017, the relevant authorities will clean the inside of the wall of the Ka'ba using a cloth that has been dipped in water zam-zam that was mixed with perfumes such as rose.

Preparation for washing starts the day before the cleaning time is set.

Meanwhile, for the marble floored around the Ka'ba will be cleared after the pilgrims has been leaved the area of the sacred site.

The water was mixed with rose perfume then splashed on the floor and wiped with empty hands and palm leaves.

Normally, the entire cleaning process will be completed within two hours.
