There are many benefits from sleeping. When you have a hard time in sleeping, there are some sports that can help improve your sleeping qualities.

1.       Yoga

Yoga is a sport that can make your body and soul healthy. You can practice yoga poses before you go to sleep. Not only that it improves sleeping quality, some people also say it can cure insomnia. It is suggested for you to do yoga for 3 to 5 minutes every day, before sleeping time. This is done to relieve stress and tension in your body after your activities during the day.

2.       Rope Skipping

Rope skipping is a sport that is liked by people of all ages. If you love this sport and has difficulty in sleeping, you should do it in the afternoon. Skipping is one of the sports that help pump blood into our heart and made the oxygen supply travel to our brain more smoothly. It makes your mind feel more refreshed and relaxed. In turn, it will improve your resting quality.

3.       Swimming

Swimming in the afternoon can help you sleep better at night. This is because when we swim, our body releases some hormones like endorphin and serotonins which can help you feel happy and relaxed. When we swim, we also move all parts of our body, so the fatigue we feel afterward can make us fall asleep faster.
