These are how to overcome the toothache naturally

Usually that causes damage to the teeth ranging from porous to the perforated. This tooth decay can cause pain to interfere with one's daily activities. Not infrequently people are hesitant and lazy to go to the dentist because the final solution is only patched or in pull.

1. Salt water

2. Clove or clove oil

This material has for years been believed to treat toothache because of its eugenol content, which is a natural antiseptic. If the pain is unbearable, use a little clove powder to rub on a sore tooth or clove to get the oil. In addition, you can also use clove oil directly with just two drops on a sore tooth.

3. Cold compress

Cold compresses are effective to relieve any pain we experience. Use an ice pack or put ice in a plastic bag and wrap it in a thin cloth. Put this on the sore tooth for 15 minutes to relieve pain in the nerves. It also can reduce inflammation and swelling.

4. Garlic

Garlic is known for its medicinal properties, it can kill harmful bacteria and work as pain relievers. The best way to use it is to make pasta and put it in the affected area or you can chew it slowly. You can repeat this natural treatment for several days until the pain disappears.

5. Guava leaves

Guava leaf is an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial that does not only alleviate toothache but also relieve canker sores and swollen gums. You can chew one or two leaves until the sap begins to work on the teeth. Or also can boil it in boiling water, then after cold add salt to the water and use as a mouthwash.

These traditional ingredients can be an option to overcome toothache, but for pregnant women, nursing mothers and a person suffering from certain medical conditions seek advice from a doctor first.
