First lady of the United States, Melania Trump undergone the surgery of her kidney tumor

As reported by BBCIndonesia.com, Melania Trump reportedly underwent surgery benign tumor kidney she had. The Washington side said the surgeons had performed the embolization procedure at the Walter Reed National Military medical facility.

The operation was successful and there were no complications, her spokesman added. The 48-year-old mother was expected to undergo a weeklong recovery at a medical facility, in Bethesda, Maryland.

President Donald Trump tweeted on his twitter account as he is on his way to see his wife.

The embolization procedure is most commonly used to inhibit blood supply to tumors or cancer.

"The first lady is expected to undergo a full recovery so she can continue her work to teach children everywhere" Stephanie Grisham, a spokeswoman for Melania Trump, said in a statement.

Last week, Melania launched a "Be Best" campaign aimed at teaching children about the importance of social, emotional and physical health.

She said the campaign aims to promote healthy living and combat opioid abuse.

But she got bullied because of the various publications of the campaign was considered a copy of the previous year.

On Monday the White House also announced former US Senate Majority Democrat leader Harry Reid, 78, has undergone surgery for his pancreatic cancer.
