News24xx.com -  According many sources, a terrifying Russian doomsday weapon  will be ready for launch by 2020.

Known,  the weapon can’t be stopped by any missile defence system. The weapon named the Avangard is a hypersonic glide vehicle capable of carrying a nuclear which travels at five times the speed of sound, more than a mile a second. 

Thomas Karako, director of the Missile Defense Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, told CNBC,  the weapon launches into space on a Russian SS-19 intercontinental ballistic missile before dropping to Earth at enormous speed. 

Earlier this year, the Kremlin unveiled a number of terrifying cutting-edge weapons. And Russia also confirmed it’s been testing a nuclear missile known as ‘Satan II’, which is said to be so powerful it could destroy an area the size of France.

Putin unveiled the stunning catalogue of apocalypse machines in his annual state-of-the-nation speech, and saying that Russia had to build them to counter the potential threat posed by the US missile defence system. 

"No one else in the world has anything like that. It may appear someday, but by that time, we will develop something new," Putin said.
